The first high fat beverage I had that got me started on Keto is bulletproof coffee. I read about it somewhere online and a friend told me how to make it. I loved it on the first sip! But as much as I’d love to drink it everyday, I’d rather get my calories from more nutrient-dense food. Also, I don’t recommend it to people who want to lose body fat as it only makes sense to burn the body fat you have first that dietary fat. However, if you are already lean and don’t care about micronutrients and you can fit all these calories in to your daily recommended calorie intake, I say go for it. Bulletproof coffee is great for energy and keeping you full. Below is my recipe of this famous coffee.
